Fraudulent Proposals: Any proposals that are fraudulent or intended to scam users are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, misleading information regarding the purpose, use of funds, or any other aspect of the proposal.
Political Financing: We do not allow proposals that involve political financing. Proposals intended to raise funds for political parties, candidates, or campaigns are not permitted.
Misrepresentation: You must not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any entity when creating or managing a proposal.
Harassment and Abuse: We do not tolerate any form of harassment, abuse, or threats against other users or any individuals.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you are responsible for:

Ensuring that all information provided in proposals is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
Respecting the rights of others, including their intellectual property and privacy.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor all proposals and user activities on the platform. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that any user or proposal violates these Terms of Usage, we may take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

Removing or disabling access to the proposal.
Terminating the user's account.

5. Platform Limitations and Refund Policy

Currently, our platform accepts only XPR tokens for donations. In cases where donations are mistakenly sent to a proposal, we cannot provide refunds. However, donations made to rejected proposals will be refunded.

6. Privacy Commitment

GeneroX respects your privacy. Our platform is privacy-friendly, and we do not track or collect any personal data beyond what is essential for processing donations. Specifically, we only record:

Wallet names
Donation amount
Time of donation

We do not sell, share, or give away any data to third parties.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Usage from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

Because GeneroX is built on the XPR Network blockchain, any interactions—such as proposals, updates, and donation transfers—are written to a public distributed ledger. This information includes your wallet address, transaction amounts, token types, and transaction memos. **Please note that blockchain transactions are public, immutable, and permanent.**

2. Local Browser Caches

We use local storage caches (such as transaction notes and session data) inside your browser to improve performance and loading times. This data remains on your local machine and is not harvested or sold to third parties.

3. Security Audits & Safety

In accordance with our mission to prevent fraud, our Alvosec security team actively scans public proposal histories to protect users. No off-chain private information is gathered during this process.

Welcome to GeneroX. By accessing our donation platform and connecting your WebAuth wallet, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of usage.

1. Truthfulness & Accountability Requirements

Every proposal published on GeneroX must be **completely truthful, accurate, and transparent**. Creators are strictly required to post proof of spent funds in the Updates timeline (e.g., invoices, receipts, project repository updates) using cryptographically verified on-chain update submissions.

2. Zero Tolerance for Scams and Fraud

Any fraudulent campaigns, identity spoofing, or attempts to steal funds are strictly forbidden on this platform.

If a proposal is identified as a scam:

The proposal will be **permanently banned** from the GeneroX directory.
All linked wallets will be blacklisted from platform interaction.
**The Alvosec Security Team will launch a full investigation, exposing the scammer's blockchain history and metadata to the public network.**

3. Fees & Disclaimers

All blockchain transactions are permanent and irreversible under the EOSIO/XPR Network rules. GeneroX charges zero fees for donations; you interact directly with verified peer-to-peer smart contract accounts.
