1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including, but not limited to, users who are contributors, donors, and proposal creators.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent Proposals: Any proposals that are fraudulent or intended to scam users are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, misleading information regarding the purpose, use of funds, or any other aspect of the proposal.
• Political Financing: We do not allow proposals that involve political financing. Proposals intended to raise funds for political parties, candidates, or campaigns are not permitted.
• Misrepresentation: You must not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any entity when creating or managing a proposal.
• Harassment and Abuse: We do not tolerate any form of harassment, abuse, or threats against other users or any individuals.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information provided in proposals is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• Respecting the rights of others, including their intellectual property and privacy.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor all proposals and user activities on the platform. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that any user or proposal violates these Terms of Usage, we may take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

• Removing or disabling access to the proposal.
• Terminating the user's account.

5. Platform Limitations and Refund Policy

Currently, our platform accepts only XPR tokens for donations. In cases where donations are mistakenly sent to a proposal, we cannot provide refunds. However, donations made to rejected proposals will be refunded.

6. Privacy Commitment

GeneroX respects your privacy. Our platform is privacy-friendly, and we do not track or collect any personal data beyond what is essential for processing donations. Specifically, we only record:

• Wallet names
• Donation amount
• Time of donation

We do not sell, share, or give away any data to third parties.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Usage from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
